Cursed Artifact - Strange Radio Station

On Saturday the 9th of May, 1992 a strange radio broadcast played for a single day on Frequency 804.8 FM. The station seemed to be numbers read aloud by a garbled voice with a song that played alongside it. The song and numbers looped from 4AM to 11PM before cutting out. The station was never heard from again.

Below is the only known audio recording of the station on cassette along with a transcript of the numbers.
