Happy New Year Investigators!

I've fixed a bunch more readability problems I noticed and some grammar and mechanic mistakes.
On a more fun note I've added a seperate, free new character card for Investigators to choose called the Tulpamancer. The Tulpamancer is a slightly different character in that they only have one skill that can be advanced 3 different times. But damn is it an interesting one. Fans of the esoteric should love playing as this Investigator.
