Below Dwelling Sewer Mutants is a sludge-punk tabletop rpg about mutants living and hunting in the expansive sewer system locally called the Undermuck. Residents of the Undermuck know nothing of the up-above, losing their memories to the sludge. The thick sickly coloured sludges and slimes that slosh and slop along the maze-like tunnels cause each resident's genes to become easily susceptible to change.
As the mutants hunt for prey, eating rats and rodents and ‘gators and lost humans to survive, they transform, ingesting and absorbing the genes of the things they shred, forming gangs of similar mutants as they fight to survive these sickly sewers.
BDSM uses a unique mutation system to replace skills you would find in other games, randomly gaining changes to a players ever-changing mutant depending on what they kill and consume. BDSM also uses a similarly unique pool system, where skills are rolled each time a mutant rests, letting players apply pre-set values to challenges.
Unleash your inner mutant today!

BDSM is an osr rpg in which you play as a group of cannibalistic humanoid underground dwellers. It has a chunky, life-is-cheap feeling, but the player characters are also more capable and more resilient than you'd expect of typical osr protags.
The PDF is 28 pages, with a sludgy, murky, and bright aesthetic. There's lots of unique custom art, and every page feels distinct, but this is also a you-must-work-to-read-the-book style layout, in the manner of Mork Borg.
BDSM's setting is a vast sewer metropolis known as the Undermuck. It has its own distinct localities and customs, and stays largely separate from the surface world.
Character creation is quick and highly random, and involves rolling for mutations a la Gamma World. Unlike Gamma World, mutations in BDSM are easy come easy go, and you can lose them from damage, spend them for effects, or gain more by defeating foes or resolving adventures.
In terms of mechanics, BDSM is diceless-ish. You have a pool of d4s called a Gene Pool, which is refreshed when you rest. The Gene Pool gives you a lump sum of points you can use to pass checks. This offsets your fairly low hp and lets you survive as long as you conserve your resources.
The Gene Pool also makes combat a little more complicated---despite the combat mechanics being simple. You roll a d4 for your initiative. Enemies roll dice against your number of mutations to see if they hit you. And you spend Gene Pool to hit and damage foes. This last part means you can accidentally enter an unwinnable combat---although solid escaping rules ensure you always have an out.
In terms of GM tools, there is a setting map, as well as guidance given throughout the book on how to run BDSM. There's also a bestiary composed mostly of large, campaign-defining threats, and a table for creating smaller creatures. Finally, there's a clean, readable, and atmospheric character sheet to help keep players organized.
Overall, BDSM is a great, tightly designed, 'sewer cartoon' sort of RPG. The mechanics are easy to work with, but still have a slightly technical feel, and they give you a lot of control over the outcomes of your actions. The setting is wacky and larger than life, but is grounded by the player characters themselves. Honestly, unless there's something here you're really put off by, get this. It's very well made.
